• Two night minimum at weekends - ask for exceptions if within one week of stay
• Full payment required to secure room
• Cancellations with more than 7 days notice are refundable less 10% handing charge (holidays excluded)
• Cancellations with less than 7 days notice or for holiday weekends forfeit entire payment unless room is let
• If booking the entire inn a 30 day cancellation period is required with $20 for any changes to the reservation
• For group bookings, a deposit for $750 by cheque will hold the booking.
• 10% occupancy tax not included
• Please no pets or smoking.
• You have the choice of a room where you can meet other guests over breakfast or have the privacy and independence in your own suite or cottage.
• At An English Oak I aim to give you a taste of my homeland without the long flight to England.  I appreciate that you will have travelled some distance however so there is a self check-in procedure to allow you freedom to arrive after 4pm at your convenience.  Check-out time is 11am.
